The total cost of your grocery delivery depends on your shopping list and location, but here is what to expect: Grocery cost, Delivery and Stocking Fee, processing fee 5%, non-refundable deposit $USD35.

 

Yes! If your property manager or host allows us access. We are committed to delivering & stocking your order on time and with care. However, during peak season, you may experience slight delay due to:


-increased traffic and congestion in key areas.
-Hotel or property housekeeping schedules that affect room access
-A higher volume of orders being processed simultaneously

The best way to request a custom item is to select the closest item in the catalog and use the notes section to describe exactly what you need. Be as specific as possible(brand, size, flavor or any other details you have.


Our team will do everything we can to fulfill your request or provide the best available alternative.

Your order will be handled with care by one of our trusted local grocery delivery partners. Each partner is vetted, professional business based in your vacation destination. They’ll personally shop for you item, deliver them and stock them in your accommodation. So everything is ready when you arrive.

To place your order, you will first pay a non refundable deposit $USD 35 via PayPal. This deposit secures your order and covers part of the administrative processing cost.


Before your groceries are delivered, we will send you a PayPal invoice of the remaining balance (the cost of groceries plus service and delivery fees) minus the deposit you already paid. To ensure timely and efficient service all orders must be prepaid prior to delivery. Once you pay the invoice, your order will be dispatched then it is complete. If you have any questions about payment or invoices, feel free to contact us anytime.

All refrigerated and frozen items will be promptly placed in the refrigerator and freezer to maintain their quality and freshness. Remaining non-perishable groceries will be carefully arranged accordingly for your convenience.

Should you have any specific instructions regarding the handling or placement of your items, please include them in the order notes and our delivery partner will accommodate your request to the best of their ability.

Alcohol, beer, wine, cigarettes or cigars can only be delivered to individuals 18 years or older with a valid ID

Can I cancel my order ? Yes, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please note that the $35 deposit is non refundable. Any additional amount paid will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

What if I cancel less than 24 hours before delivery? Please note that once your order has been shopped for it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place because items purchased and prepared specifically for your order, making cancellations after this point infeasible.
