1. Introduction

At Dime y Listo, we understand that plans can change.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your order, when refunds apply, and what fees may be retained.

2. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Cancellations requested within this time frame are eligible for a partial refund as outlined below.

 

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

All orders require a non-refundable deposit of USD $35 at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your order and covers administrative and processing costs.
Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, this deposit will not be refunded.

 

4. Refund of Additional Payments

If you have paid more than the deposit amount and cancel at least 24 hours in advance,
the additional amount will be refunded minus a 5 % processing fee to cover transaction and service charges.

Refunds are processed through PayPal within 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

 

5. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery

Once the shopping for your order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Items are purchased and prepared specifically for your delivery, making last-minute cancellations infeasible.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or after groceries have been shopped for.

 

6. Modifications Instead of Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery date or location, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, depending on product availability and partner schedules.

 

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate orders placed in error.

  • Service interruptions caused directly by Dime y Listo (e.g., inability to fulfill delivery).

In such cases, refunds will be reviewed on an individual basis.

 

8. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be returned to the same PayPal account or payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note that bank or card processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
