By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. About Our Service

Dime y Listo is a pre-arrival grocery delivery service based in Sosúa, Dominican Republic, operating in select areas along the North Coast.
Our mission is to make your arrival as smooth as the Caribbean Sea by stocking your vacation rental with all your essentials before you get there.
We deliver to vacation homes, Airbnbs, villas, and residential addresses.

All items are purchased from trusted local vendors according to your selections and preferences.

 

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing your order.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

 

4. Orders and Confirmation

When placing an order:

• You submit an offer to purchase the selected items.

• Availability and prices may vary based on local suppliers.

• Once your deposit payment is received, your order will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.

• If certain products are unavailable, we may replace them with comparable alternatives of equal quality and value.

Customers may request changes to their delivery time or location at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, depending on availability and coordination with our delivery partners.

 

5. Payments

To confirm your order, a non-refundable deposit of USD $35 is required via PayPal.
A 5 % processing fee applies to all orders to cover administrative and transaction costs.

The remaining balance—covering the grocery cost, delivery and stocking fee, minus your deposit—will be billed through a PayPal invoice prior to delivery.
All orders must be fully prepaid before dispatch.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Major credit or debit cards (processed via PayPal)

6. Deliveries

• Deliveries are available within Sosúa and select areas along the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.

• Orders are delivered directly to the address provided when you placed your order.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your host, property manager, or concierge grants us access to the premises.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

• Delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic congestion, property access restrictions, or high seasonal order volumes.

All refrigerated and frozen items will be promptly placed in the refrigerator and freezer to preserve quality.
Non-perishable goods will be neatly arranged for your convenience, following any specific instructions you include in your order notes.

Your order will be fulfilled by one of our trusted local grocery delivery partners, each a verified and professional business operating in your destination area.

 

7. Prices and Availability

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
Prices may fluctuate due to local market conditions, supplier costs, or currency exchange rates.
If there is a significant change in price or availability, we will contact you before final confirmation.

 

8. Alcohol and Tobacco Policy

We comply with all applicable Dominican Republic laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcohol and tobacco.
Alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, cigarettes, or cigars may only be delivered to individuals 18 years or older who present a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
Orders containing these products will not be released without age verification.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to ensure quality and reliability, Dime y Listo shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, damages, or losses beyond our reasonable control.

• Health issues or allergic reactions caused by any purchased products.

• Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

 

10. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account on our website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
